- The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. This voucher is not a ticket to travel - customers must present themselves at the National Express counter along with their itinerary which will be exchanged for an official National Express return ticket. The National Express clerk will ask the customer to select a specific city within his/her destination zone. That point will be the departure point to return to Stansted Airport.
- On coach journeys, National Express allows two pieces of luggage that weigh no more than 20kg.
