Children 4-15 years of age pay approximately half the adult fare. Children under 4 years of age travel free.
Senior Discount Seniors aged 60 years or older pay a discounted rate.

- A Standard Ticket Experience on the London Eye lasts for approximately 30 minutes, the time it takes for the London Eye to revolve completely. Relax in one of the 32 high-tech glass capsules and enjoy the London skyline at your leisure.
- Passengers in the London Eye's capsules can see up to 40 km in all directions, in complete comfort and safety.
- The London Eye voucher must be exchanged for a London Eye ticket at the 'pre-booked and voucher' desk inside County Hall, opposite the London Eye.
- Ticket holders must arrive at the London Eye boarding gate no less than 30 minutes prior to the time printed on the ticket.
