Peak District National Park

The Peak District offers breathtaking panoramas of woodlands, dales and rivers.

Inspiration
This vast area has given inspiration to many including Jane Austen where she wrote such novels as Pride and Prejudice.

Countryside
From moors to manors and mining villages to spa towns wherever you walk there is beautiful countryside to meet the eye, all fit for ramblers and mountain bikers alike. With many local country pubs and restaurants you’ll have plenty of food choices, why not try a Bakewell tart at one of the local bakeries, a delicacy of the Peak District.

Excitement
If it’s excitement you’re looking for, there are caverns to be walked through and high wires to be trod, cliffs to be climbed, cable cars to be ridden and a big theme park just outside of the National Park.

Start From Anywhere
With a perimeter covering Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Yorkshire you can start your journey into the Peak District from many places. Where will you start yours?
