Industrial Action

Industrial strike action by ASLEF members will cause severe disruption to some parts of the rail network on 13 August. If you are travelling, plan ahead and check before you travel.

Further strike action by RMT, TSSA and Unite between 18 and 20 August will mean that a very limited service will be running on the rail network. Only travel by train if your journey is absolutely necessary. If you do travel, expect severe disruption and plan ahead.

Services on the morning after strike action days will start later. If you are travelling on these days please expect disruption, plan ahead and allow extra time to make your journey. Please note your first train may be later and your last train may be earlier than usual. Click the link below to find out about our refunds and cross-ticket acceptance policy.
